1, check whether the antifreeze expire, due to be replaced. Antifreeze is not only used in winter, it should be used throughout the year. Antifreeze has two qualities: low freezing point, high boiling point. Therefore, it can not only ensure the normal operation of the vehicle cooling system in winter, but also prevent the cooling water from boiling in the summer and avoid the situation of "boil". In addition, the antifreeze also usually has a rust-proof, anti-corrosion effect, because in the cooling system, there are metallic materials and non-metallic materials, and antifreeze anti-rust, anti-corrosion properties can slow the entire cooling system aging. In addition, the cooling system often produce scale, and scale will cause the circulation pipeline blockage, which led to high engine temperature, antifreeze with scale function, thereby reducing this risk. Concentrated antifreeze contains effective anti-rust additives to protect the engine and radiator, these additives have limited sustainability. Therefore, antifreeze should be replaced every 2000 hours or 1 year. Caution when replacing the different brands of antifreeze can not be mixed, any manufacturer of antifreeze or additive mixture may have a negative impact on the machine. The temperature of the antifreeze is still high immediately after the engine is shut down. Do not open the radiator cap directly and quickly before the antifreeze cools. Slowly open the radiator cap to relieve internal pressure. Do not prime antifreeze to engines that are still working or have just finished their work and are still hot, which may result in cracking of the engine block and cylinder head.
2, the engine fan belt tightening force check: Check every 250 hours, check the belt tightening force, the engine must be stopped to prevent rotating parts to cause harm to personnel. In the right belt tightening force, it should be possible to press the belt (fan belt middle point with your fingers down, about 6KG force) between 6mm-15mm, if more than 15mm, you should adjust the belt tension tight or replace New belt.
3, check the tank, hydraulic oil radiator and air conditioner condenser is blocked. After the autumn, winter and spring excavators, these places are very easy to accumulate some dry branches rotten leaves, or adsorption catkin floss. These things on the water tank, hydraulic oil radiator and air conditioning condenser cooling effect hinder, it is easy to cause the engine high temperature, high temperature deterioration of hydraulic oil, air conditioning and refrigeration is not good. In addition, some of the machine's water tank and radiator cover, sponge damaged or fall, resulting in abnormal fan suction, resulting in poor water tank, hydraulic oil radiator and air conditioning condenser cooling. To ensure the normal use of excavators, we must always pay attention to the engine water temperature, high temperature must take measures: you can choose the nearest parking in the shade and idle speed to cool down, be careful not to stall immediately to prevent overheating engine cylinder caused accidents. When the temperature is down, in addition to check whether the lack of antifreeze should also check the fan belt tension.
